Yep, I know he is not supposed to hold the sword upright. Some details are lost in the scan, and this is rather old pic. I'll probably delete some of things I have when I come up with new ones, but this isn't bad either.
It reminds me of an old book in my childhood ...
I was reading J.R.R.Tolkien`s "LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring".
So there was an illustration where hobbits were lying in shadows of Old Tree which tried to kill them,
than Tom Bombadil saved them...
Very nice picture , I am proud I have you in my friends list.
...Alaric leaned onto the tree, slumping down the next moment into a more comfortable, sitting position. His thigh hurt like the Nine Hells of Oblivion, yet he was well aware that he had to stay awake, as the dark elves were roaming the territory thoroughly in search for him and his companion. Captain Arthur was nowhere in sight. His comrades were all either dead, or scattered.
It was a bad, bad day for Alaric.
Trying hard to come around, he made a futile attempt of getting up, but ended leaning back again, the pain even worse. He failed to keep pace with the blood leaving his body, and slowly ended up being engulfed by darkness, the sweet sable temptress...
